TV Technology Europe has again made Nevion a "Superior Technology Award Recipient" by bestowing its STAR award on VideoIPath. VideoIPath is an integrated hardware/software solution for managed video services. The same Web-based management component that can leverage proven Flashlink products in an optical networking or remote production broadcast environment can also be used with the well-established Ventura products for IP-based video networking in a service provider environment.

Nevion has recently announced a remote production implementation of the VideoIPath solution at Onside TV in Sweden, for their Klubb TV coverage of interviews and color material for the Swedish Football Association. Visitors to the Nevion IBC stand have been shown demonstrations of VideoIPath managing remote production, optical networking and transport of both compressed and uncompressed HD signals over IP.
